We were referred to Grace by a friend when we were searching for our first home purchase. Grace was so patient with us, i think we saw all the houses in the City of Manteca. She didn't just show us houses, but she also gave us information on the builders, area, school etc. During that time we searched for about a year. When we finally found the home we liked we were all so patient because that took another few months. During the 2nd time around of home purchase, we went back to Grace because she was so good to us and we felt "safe" and comfortable with her.
